4. Dear Mr Morrow, I hope this message finds you well. Many thanks for your email. My name is Carina Balbo, Managing Director of My Language Hub, a language service provider based in Hertfordshire. We specialise in the Legal, Medical and Pharmaceutical sectors and we work both in the private and public sectors. On the CCS catalogue, last year, we listed our language-related services, especially Translation and Localisation services. However, I cannot see which sector would be the most appropriate for us to advertise our services. Could you please advise? Kind regards, Carina
Language Related Services are not included within the service headings. A full list of service headings are provided in READ FIRST RM6237-LVPS Supplier Access Information Version V1.0 within the LVPS Access Pack.
You are only able to join the LVPS if the goods and/or services you supply are available under one of the service headers but Crown Commercial Services are unable to advise which is the most appropriate sector for you to place yourself in.

3. Good afternoon, We note that construction services have not been included in you Service Headings Description list. Could you advise if this LVPS will be used to procure these services. Many thanks
Yes that is correct Construction Services does not have a Service Header however there is a Service Header which relates to Construction Equipment.
Please note that any goods or services without a Service Header is because at this present time CCS feel there is another route to market either through one of our Framework Agreements or DPS's currently in place. However please note the Service Headers will be reviewed periodically and we may reduce or add to the current Service Headers currently showing on the LVPS.

2. We were previously on the COVID-19 emergency response catalogue as suppliers of digital classroom solutions to ensure continuance of learning via remote learning. What category do you recommend that we enter or can you open a new "Information Technology" or "Software" category for software solutions which fall under the 'Low Value' contracts margins.
No at the moment we are unable to open a new Information Technology or Software category for software solutions which fall under the Low Value contracts margin this is because at this present time CCS feel there is another route to market either through one of our Framework Agreements or DPS's currently in place. With regards to which what category do we recommend, unfortunately we are not in a position to do this. Please ensure you read all the Service Headers and if there are any that you think may capture your goods or Service then select and provide a description of the goods or services within the 400 character limit.
