160. Regarding Q112, it is not clear what is meant by "contracting entity" - is this intended to mean a Government "contracting entity" or simply any entity with who we have entered into a contract with?

159. Question on Past Performance: "Upload documentary evidence for a list of relevant principal contracts for goods and/or services provided in the last three years." - do you have a template to use? otherwise what information do you need?

158. Part 3: Relevant Experience - "The named contact provided in each case should be able to provide written evidence to confirm the accuracy of the information provided." - Is there a template that we can use to collate this from the contact?

157. Before starting the Selection Questionnaire we are asked to accept various terms, including the DPS Terms and Conditions. Could you please confirm which document(s) in the Bid Pack this refers to? The Bid Pack includes Attachment 7 - Part 2, Attachment 7a - Part 3, and Attachment 7b - Part 4, but no Part 1. Could you also please confirm whether there should be a Part 1?

156. We are trying to fill the SQ section where the portal asks about the date of birth of Person with Significant Control. In our company's case, it is a legal entity which is the PSC. In such a scenario shall we enter the date of incorporation of the legal entity as the DOB? This is a mandatory information and hence the portal would not allow to skip it.

Following the January 2025 update to the AI DPS offering filters, could you please confirm if we need to update all our DPSQ answers (including insurances, certificate dates, past performance examples etc) or if we simply update our filters? We have been a supplier on the AI DPS since 2020 so a number of answers are out of date.

151. We are a UK based company and would like to use a non-UK/Non-EU based subcontractor - is this allowed? If so do they have to provide the same certifications as the main bidder?

We are submitting the SQ portion of the questionnaire and noticed that the form automatically changes the dates we enter: for example, it changes the date for the company registration, as well as dates for example contracts. We have tried multiple times to change them back but they get reversed. Should we proceed with the submission regardless?

146. If we are a US company, and our only employees are in the US and covered by US Workers Compensation cover. Do we still need to get Employers Liability Cover for the UK market? Is it even possible without a UK entity? Similar question for Public liability cover, we have no physical offices anywhere in the world. Is it sufficient to have US General liability cover? Professional indemnity makes sense and is easier to get global coverage.

145. We are due to register as a supplier, some our team work as independent contractors for us due to the global nature of our organisation and the industry. Can I confirm that they are considered subcontractors in relation to DPS contracts? I note that in the SQ (which I understand cannot be changed after submitting), it asks us to define how many and who the subcontractors are. If we onboard new team members after the application how can update the information so they can work on contracts acquired via the DPS?

143. As a supplier, we are already registered to the system as of 2021. Are you able to confirm the outstanding requirements we must meet to continue on the system as a supplier and if we need to update our details? Also, how do we update the contact email to receive communications from the DPS?

142. We have received 2 separate notifications regarding this DPS and we are 1. not sure if they are related requests and 2. what/if actions are required. The first notification states: Please note that customer access to the Artificial Intelligence DPS will be temporarily suspended from 17:00 on 15th January to 17:00 on 20th January. This is to allow a period of time for suppliers to review and update their responses following some changes to the filter options being deployed on 15th January - please could you clarify what suppliers need to review and update? The second is the contract notice that has been published - it is not clear if this is a retender of the current contract, or if it relates to the existing contract and is just for new suppliers to apply to and therefore if we are already participating in the DPS then there is no action required?

 2. The main bidder has the certifications, insurance and eligibility criteria mentioned in the bid docs. Is it compulsory for the subcontractor to have the certifications and insurance? If yes, can the subcontractor obtain it before the contract award and after the project commences?
