6. In relation to the requirement to have Professional Indemnity coverage of £1,000,000 can you please provide details of any other requirements attaching to this including, 1.Are deductibles/excesses allowed and if so what limit? 2.We have a Group $5m coverage excess $5m policy, would this suffice? 3.Are we able to limit territorial scope of the policy and other exclusions e.g. bad faith claims claims from the US We are a multinational insurance company with a strong balance sheet and so are just working what would be the most effective way to meet this requirement as we have capital reserves far in excess of £1m.
No these must be UK policies not US parent company PI cover. Again, to ensure a level playing field, the insurance limits must be for the amounts illustrated for PI, PL & EL as a whole with no excess of deductibles allowed.

5. I work for WFS Consulting and we offer advisory and broking services to UK employers, specifically for employee benefits (life insurance, income protection, private medical etc), and I'm unsure which is the correct way to apply to join the dynamic purchasing arrangement. I started a questionnaire for RM6138 but since starting have questioned whether this is for insurance companies to complete and as an advisory & brokerage we should apply a different way. I'd be grateful for some guidance please. Thank you
This is mainly for Insurance Companies and MGAs and not brokerage / consultancy services which is via RM6323 Lot 1. However, this is a closed framework so you will be unable to join unfortunately.

1. We have the bid pack for this but it seems to be missing some documents? Attachment 4 refers to 'the DPS Needs document which forms part of the RM6138 Bid pack.' However this was not included in the bid pack. We also have not been able to locate the deadline for return.
CCS can confirm that the DPS NEEDS document is present in the bid pack.
It's title is ' READ FIRST RM6138 - DPS Needs v1.0'
