4. As a small family run business in our first year of trading I do not feel Attachment 3a Financial Viability Risk assessment is relevant for my company as the questions asked are not relevant to us. My accountants have asked the following: "Can you check if you have to have full company accounts and have filed these at Companies House. CCS mention FRS102 accounts, can you check if we need these or if they can be FRS105 which are the simpler version?" Our first year end date is 30.06.2025 and then we would send accounts to file within 4-6 weeks of the year end. We can produce some management accounts to 31.03.2025 but we are not sure if this would satisfy what CCS require? We are extremely keen to work with CCS but the structure seems to limit small business's or emerging companies in their first year if all elements of Attachment 3a is a requirement to be accepted as a supplier for the contract. Our company supplies in specific circumstances and we are already working with Military Units on a local zero cost contract with the venue owners. I feel there are complimentary circumstances to this application which will justify our financial viability. Such as being zero cost / on-going costs and zero prior funding requirement for CCS. We hope you will assist us to become an approved supplier.
we will accept the bidder's management accounts as this is the only option available to the bidder.
