6. I inadvertently submitted our standard questionnaire without completing Q133 to Q135 and Q151 to Q153. Should I continue to complete the DPS questionnaire (was wondering if Q1a to Q1e cover the same ground) or do I need to start again? If start again how do I delete the submitted SQ from the system?
CCS can confirm, if you fail to provide a response to Q133 - Q135 and Q151 - Q153 of the 'Standard Selection Questionnaire' but have provided a response to Q1a - Q1e of the 'Research Marketplace DPS Registration Questionnaire', this will be sufficient if your response meets the required response guidance as set at Q1a - Q1e.

5. Paragraph 30 of the DPS Needs document mentions providing two contract examples that meet the technical and professional capabilities as detailed in Part 3 of the SQ at questions 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d. However, there is no questions 1a, 1b, 1c or 1d in the SQ and there is also no 1e so we cannot upload the letter of confirmations as outlined in paragraph 34 of the DPS Needs document. The only questions in the SQ relating to previous experience are Q133 to Q135. Please advise what we are supposed to do here.
Please ensure you have completed all of the questions in the Selection Questionnaire, a copy of all questions are detailed in the 'Research DPS_SQ_DPSQ (1)' document within the bid pack. Questions numbers 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and 1e form part of the complete Selection Questionnaire for RM6018.

4. Regarding the submission of a request to participate - which of the attachments do you require to submitted?

3. Where in the Bid Pack are these terms referenced:
- Provision of Management Information
- Payment of Management Levy
For further information regarding the 'Provision of Management Information', please refer to Clause 6.10 - 6.30 and Schedule 5 (MI Reporting Template) in the DPS Agreement.
For further informagtion in respect of 'Management Levy' Please refer to clause 6.1 - 6.9 of the DPS Agreement.

2. For the two example contracts that require a letter of confirmation from the end clients, do these need to be from public sector organisations in the UK or can they be from corporate or university clients? Or from public sector clients outside the UK?
CCS can confirm acceptance of contract examples from any customer type, (Public, Private, other).

1. Does this framework cover employee research such as employee engagement projects like the Civil Service People Survey or other ad hoc employee research projects?
CCS can confirm that the DPS Agreement is not a Framework and the agreement can be used for the employee engagement projects described.
