8. Please can the Authority provide the evaluation questions for the quality assessment and the criteria that will be used at the "Agreeing" Stage 2? - we appreciate that our response to this will only be required should we pass the current stage.
CCS can confirm that there is no evaluation criteria to as part of the process to join the RM3824 Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets DPS. However customers (buyers) will detail evaluation criteria as part of their individual competition(s) requirements. 5. Our organisation can provide services in Service 1, 2 and 3, however we would look to do so on the basis that we can also invest in a heat or power generation scheme alongside a prospective buyer.

3. It is not evident that provision of any finance/ investment is included within the customer requirements anywhere? Is this part of the scope for HELGA?
