4. Where can I find detail regarding Supplier Levy?
Suppliers should refer to the DPS Agreement, Clause 20 (Management Levy) which forms part of the bid pack for RM3814 Vehicle Conversions DPS. This can be found on page 53, Schedule 1 - Definitions (Management Levy 0.5%).

3. Can I submit a 'Requests to Participate via DPSVehicleConversions@crowncommercial.gov.uk
and request further instructions re RM3814?
Requests to participate in RM3814 are only permitted via the route detailed in Section III.1.1 of the OJEU Contract Notice for RM3814. Suppliers should refer to this notice for full details on how to request to participate and to obtain further instructions for RM3814.

Does this includes road sweepers?
Road sweepers which are produced as a result of conversion work being applied to a standard base vehicle are in scope for this DPS. Road sweepers which are produced as sweepers from a standard production line, and therefore without conversion, are not in scope for this DPSF10.

Salt spreaders are produced as a result of conversion work being applied to a standard base vehicle are in scope for this DPS. Salt spreaders which are produced from a standard production line, and therefore without conversion, are not in scope for this DPS.
