We do not have a criteria for the contract examples, only the titles provided such as "Utility Contracts", "Transaction Similarity/Complex", "Interaction with Treasury Management Systems and Services". Attach what you believe to be applicable and we will assess internally if suitable and inform you if we require a different contract example.

2. Is there a deadline for joining / submitting applications to join this DPS?
There is no deadline. Suppliers can join the DPS at any point.

Can you confirm if Suppliers applying for this DPS need to be able to supply all lots?

No you do not have to be able to supply all lots to apply. However, having the capability to supply all lots would be beneficial.
