I no longer have access to my Supplier Registration Service Multi-factor authentication token
If you no longer have access to either your multi-factor authentication app or original QR code for the Supplier Registration Service portal, please contact the support directly at support@nqc.com and we will be able to reset this for you on our side.
Please contact us from the same email address that you have registered on the portal, as for security reasons you are unable to reset multi-factor authentication on behalf of another user.
Please also note that we do not use the GOV.UK One Login on the Supplier Registration Service portal, so we are unable to assist with any multi-factor authentication queries related to this. Please refer to the help page below for queries related to GOV.UK One Login multi-factor authentication:
