If you no longer have access to either your multi-factor authentication app or original QR code for the Supplier Registration Service portal, on the MFA sign in page you can select the link "Forgotten your multi-factor PIN or no longer have access to your multi-factor authentication app?".

This will send a confirmation email directly to the same registered email address which will include a link to confirm deactivation of multi-factor authentication. Once you have followed the deactivation link, multi-factor authentication will be deactivated on your account and you will have the opportunity set it up again when you next sign in, or you can select the option "Skip setting up multi-factor authentication" in order to skip this step entirely should you prefer."

If you wish to re-enable Multi-factor authentication, please ensure you scan the required QR code that will be shown on the set up page into your chosen 3rd party authenticator. You will risk losing access to your account if you fail to scan the QR code but proceed to enable Multi-factor authentication.

Please also note that we do not use the GOV.UK One Login on the Supplier Registration Service portal, so we are unable to assist with any multi-factor authentication queries related to GOV.UK One Login. Please refer to the help page below for queries related to GOV.UK One Login multi-factor authentication:
