How do I access the DPS as a Buyer?

To access the DPS as a buyer, go to the ‘Home’ page of the Supplier Registration Service and select the ‘Click here’ hyperlink in the blue Dynamic Purchasing System box. Select the relevant DPS from the list of categories and then ‘Access as a buyer’.

Background

The DPS Marketplace provides access to all procurements run by Crown Commercial Service using a Dynamic Purchasing System. Buyers can access framework agreements that meet common purchasing requirements across government.

Steps

1. Go to ‘Sign in’ on the ‘Home’ page
2. From the ‘Home’ page, select the ‘Click here’ hyperlink in the blue Dynamic Purchasing System box
3. Select the relevant DPS category
4. Select the option to ‘Access as a buyer’
5. Acknowledge the Customer Access Agreement to access your DPS category dashboard (or alternatively, complete steps 2-4, then ‘Sign in’).
