I have not received my activation email, what should I do?
Firstly, please ensure you have completed the relevant registration form via the link below:
https://supplierregistration.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/organisation/register
Then please check your junk/spam filters and ensure that no blocks have been placed on the noreply@crowncommercial.gov.uk email domain.
For supplier registrations, if you still have not received your activation email please contact the support team at support@nqc.com
For buyer registrations, please allow up to 72 hours to receive your activation email since this is the processing time for buyer registrations.
