How do I add new users

Only user managers are able to add new users. If your account is set up as a user manager, you will see the option 'Manage your users' on the right hand side of your dashboard. Here you can view your existing users and select 'View' under each user to accept new requests, edit or disable their account.

 

You can select 'Add new user' on the right of the manage your users page in order to add a new user.

 

If you do not see the option to 'Manage your users' on the right of your dashboard and would like to be set up as a user manager, please contact the support team at support@nqc.com and we can review this for you.
