How do I apply to join a Dynamic Purchasing System?

You can apply to the Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) as a supplier from the marketplace via the following link:

https://supplierregistration.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/dps

Locate the Dynamic Purchasing System you wish to apply for and select 'Access as a supplier' to begin your application. You can also download the 'Bid Pack' from this page which contains useful information about the process of applying.

This will open the preliminary Selection Questionnaire that is stored on the 'Profiles' tab on 'Your dashboard' once opened. If you are unable to locate this please ensure the 'Questionnaires' filter are set to 'All questionnaires' and the 'Status' filter is set to 'Any'.

We would recommend naming in the application title which Dynamic Purchasing System you are applying for, as this will help you locate it on the dashboard.

Once the Selection Questionnaire stage has been completed, you will be taken directly to the beginning of the DPS questionnaire. Once the DPS questionnaire has been completed and signed off, Crown Commercial Service will be able to review your submission.
