I can't find my Modern Slavery Assessment on my dashboard?

To view your Modern Slavery Assessment, visit your organisation dashboard, select the 'Contracts' tab and ensure that the 'Questionnaires' filter is set to 'All questionnaires' and the 'Status' filter is set to 'Any'.

 

If you are still unable to locate your Modern Slavery Assessment, please send a member of the support team an email at support@nqc.com.
