I cannot meet the deadline to complete the questionnaire that was given to me by my customer. What should I do?


If you are unable to meet your buyer deadline, use the Contact us form to inform us of this. 



When invited by a buyer to complete a questionnaire on the Supplier Registration Service platform, the buyer will give you a deadline of when to complete the questionnaire by. If you are unable to meet this deadline, you must contact NQC who will take the necessary next steps, including informing your buyer. 



  1. Go to 'Sign in' on the 'Home' page
  2. Select the option to 'Contact us'
  3. Fill out a Contact us form with the relevant information
