Why can I not see the 'Share' option on my questionnaire?

Start a Live Chat or send a Contact us Form to the NQC Support Centre who will look in to this.

 

Background

The share button is available for users with the relevant permission. It allows users to share questionnaires that they have completed with registered buyers on the platform.

The share button is situated in the bottom right hand corner of a questionnaire that can be found on 'Your dashboard'. A user is able to share with a buyer or share with an invitation code that they have received from their buyer.

 

Steps

1) Go to 'Sign in' on the 'Home' page

2) Go to 'Contact us' and start a Live Chat or complete a Contact us Form
