A questionnaire that you are responding to will be assigned to you. Only you and users on your organisation account that have viewer permission can see the questionnaire. If you want a colleague to work on a questionnaire with you, you can invite them to collaborate with you on the questionnaire. You should gain permission from the colleague before you invite them to participate in responding to a questionnaire on the platform.

Steps

1. To invite a colleague to work on a questionnaire with you, find the questionnaire that want to respond to on 'Your dashboard' and select 'Respond'
2. Press ‘Next question’ or use the ‘Save a view answers’ option to find the question that you want a colleague to work on
3. Use the ‘Invite user to collaborate’ option on the right side of the page
4. Enter the email address of the colleague that you want to invite and add a message with instructions
5. Press ‘Invite user’
6. An email will be sent to your colleague inviting them to register and work on the questionnaire with you
