Can you complete the DPS application process offline?

Answer

The DPS Bid Pack(s) contain a PDF version of the standard Selection Questionnaire and each DPS specific questionnaire for your reference. However, the DPS application must be completed and submitted online, at the Supplier Registration Service.

Background

The application process for all DPS’ is seamless, with guidance provided throughout the Supplier user journeys.

The questionnaires associated with the process are dynamic to each individual Supplier that completes them. It allows Suppliers to only see and answer the questions that are relevant to them and their organisation. The PDF copy of the standard Selection Questionnaire and each DPS specific Questionnaire will give Suppliers an insight into all of the questions that they could potentially be asked.

Steps

1. Go to ‘Sign in’ on the ‘Home’ page
2. From the ‘Home’ page, select the ‘Click here’ hyperlink in the blue Dynamic Purchasing System box
3. Select the relevant DPS category
4. Download the ‘Bid pack’
5. Select the option to ‘Access as a supplier’
6. Acknowledge all of the terms and conditions and to start the first part of the application process - the standard Selection Questionnaire (or alternatively, complete steps 2-5, then ‘Sign in’).
