How do I create an email to invite my suppliers to complete a questionnaire?

Go to the ‘Manage category’ page from the Suppliers tab on 'Your dashboard' and go to the ‘Manage your templates’ page from options on the right side of the page.
Background
The platform is used to invite and collect data from suppliers to support supplier selection decision making and for compliance management and reporting purposes. Buyers can create categories of suppliers and invite them to complete a questionnaire. If the buyer wants to actively engage with suppliers through the platform, these can managed as a campaign. The campaign functionality allows buyers to upload suppliers against a category and invite them through the platform with a category invitation code that automatically links suppliers to the correct category.
Steps
- Go to the Suppliers tab on your Dashboard
- Select the ‘Manage category’ option at the top of the Suppliers tab
- Use the ‘Manage your templates’ option on the right side of the page
- If you want to add a new email template, go to the ‘Add template’ option on the right side of the page
- Enter a name for the email template and a short description and press ‘Add’
- Create your email template and press ‘Save’. You can use the tags on the right side of the page to pre-populate information from your CSV list of suppliers and the category code
- Once you have created your email template, you can now choose this template when you invite suppliers as part of a category
