If you are the User Manager of the organisation, you can edit your users permissions by selecting 'Manage users' from your dashboard. On the manage your users page, please then select 'View' under the user you wish to edit permissions for, then 'Edit user permissions'.

 

Please see below for a full list of user permissions and their respective functionalities.

 

Responder

 

Required to create or respond to questionnaires or contract notices.

Submitter

 

Required to submit a questionnaire or submit evidence, also required to publish contract notices.

Validator

 

Required to create a Rapid award route destop evaluation.

Viewer

 

Required to view all questionnaires created by other users on the dashboard.

Assessor

 

Required to access the Assessing stage as an assessor.

Billing Manager

 

Required to create and edit campaigns.

Supplier Manager

 

Required to manage and view data shared by suppliers.

Buyer Manager

 

Required to share questionnaires with buyers and manage your data sharing.

User Manager

 

Required to add or approve new users, and to manage existing users and permissions
