How do I share my completed questionnaire answers with an invitation code?

Find the questionnaire that you want to respond to on your Dashboard and press 'Share'.

Background

Strict sharing controls ensures that only approved users on your organisation account can share questionnaire data with a buyer and data sharing can be managed and edited at any time through the platform. The Buyer Manager permission allows a user to share questionnaire data with a customer. If you have received an invitation code from customer and a request to complete a questionnaire but you already have a completed questionnaire for the same scope, you can simply share the questionnaire response using the invitation code.

Steps

1. Find the questionnaire that you want to share and press the option to 'Share'
2. Select to 'Enter invitation code’  from the Options on the right side of the page
3. Use the ‘Share with invitation code’ option and press ‘Search’*
4. Check that it is the correct buyer and press ‘Confirm’

*If you do not have an invitation code, you can still send a sharing request to your buyer by  selecting  'search for buyers' and typing in your buyer's organisation name.
