What if I have more than one contact per organisation?
Answer
Only one email address should be uploaded for each organisation. If multiple users need to access the assessment, your supplier has the ability to invite another colleague to collaborate.
Background
The supplier invitation spreadsheet will only be able to recognise one contact per organisation. The main contact should be uploaded as the point of contact in the upload and this user can later choose to request help from another colleague within the assessment. This can be done by the supplier selecting the hyperlink option to ‘Invite user to collaborate’ within the questionnaire.
Steps
- Sign in to the platform and select the option for ‘Your dashboard’
- Select the option to ‘Enter invitation code’ on ‘Your dashboard’. This code is generated once you have created your campaign.
- Once the code has been entered by the supplier and the assessment has been created, the invited supplier will see the option to ‘Invite user to collaborate’.
- The supplier will be prompted to enter the colleagues email address along with a short message.
- f the user is already registered, they will be given access to respond to the assessment.
If they are a new user, they will be sent an activation link to set up their account.
