I have not received my activation email, what should I do?


Check your junk mail folder and if the activation email is not there go to the ‘Forgotten your password?’ page from the sign in page.



To complete your user registration on the platform you must first verify your email address by using an activation link that will be emailed to you. Email authentication allows us to uniquely identify you as a user. Once you have registered your organisation and entered your user details, an activation link will be emailed to you.



1. Check your inbox including your junk mail folder

2. If there is no activation email, go to the ‘Forgotten your password?’ page from the sign in page

3. Enter the email address that you used to register and an email will be resent to your email address

4. Use the link in the email to set up your secret question and answer and your password to complete your registration

5. If you fail to receive an activation email, use the Contact us form to get further help from the Support Team
