Why am I receiving email reminders about a Selection Questionnaire?

Answer

You are receiving reminders as you have an outstanding Selection Questionnaire on your organisation’s account you need to action.

 

Background

The Selection Questionnaire enables you to make a self declaration, on behalf of your organisation, in the following areas:

  • Part 1 – your organisation and proposed bidding model
  • Part 2 – grounds for exclusion from procurement procedures
  • Part 3 – financial standing and technical capacity

 

Steps

1. Go to ‘Sign in’ from the ‘Home’ page

2. Select the ‘Profiles’ tab

3. Set the ‘Questionnaires’ filter to ‘All questionnaires’ and the ‘Status’ tab to ‘Any’

4. Locate the ‘Responding’ Selection Questionnaire and select the hyperlink to ‘Respond’ in the bottom right hand corner

5. If you wish to delete the Selection Questionnaire, select the hyperlink to ‘Delete’
