How do I register as a buyer?

To register as a Buyer on the portal, please visit the following link:

You can select 'Buyer' in step 1 and then use the organisation lookups to search for your organisation. If applicable, we recommend using the D-U-N-S number lookup as this is the unique organisation identifier used on the portal and should ensure that you are linked to the correct account.

If you cannot locate your organisation on the lookups in step 2, please select the option 'I can't find my organisation / do not know my DUNS number' in order to proceed to the manual form which will be reviewed by the support team.

If a pre-existing Buyer organisation exists, an Access Request will be sent to the organisation User Manager for review.

If you are registering a new organisation, your request will be sent to Crown Commercial Service for approval.

If you have successfully registered but have supplier access only, please complete the manual buyer registration form via the link below and your request will be reviewed by the support team.

Once added to the system, you will receive an activation link that will enable you to set up your log-in credentials and gain access to the portal.
