I've registered but I need to request access?

You will see this page when your organisation already has a registered account on the portal and as such, an access request will need to be sent to the account administrator. This will either be a previously registered user or the support team if there is no active administrator.

 

Please ensure that you select 'Request access' otherwise no access request will be sent and your request won't be linked to the correct organisation account. You can contact the support team at support@nqc.com if you haven't received your approval after 24 hours, we can then check the status of your administrator.

 

Please note that we are unable to share details of your registered administrator, however we are able to accept your access request if the account administrator is not sufficiently recently acitve. We will send a direct chaser email if they are an active user.
