I cannot upload the documents that the question is asking for due to confidentiality reasons. How can I progress?

If you are unable to upload relevant documents due to e.g. confidentiality reasons, then you must contact NQC via Contact us form or Live Chat as well as your buyer.
Background
Most document uploads on a question are mandatory and require an upload in order to progress through to the next question. NQC must be informed so they are able to guide you through the technical side of this request. You must also inform your buyer to discuss this with them and arrange an alternative method of sending them the documents.
Steps
- Go to 'Sign in' on the 'Home' page
- Select to 'Contact us'
- Complete a 'Contact us' form or start a Live Chat
- Inform NQC that you are unable to upload the document
