The online questionnaire is requesting me to upload evidence but I don't currently have this available, how do I proceed?
The evidence submission stage is entirely optional for most DPS agreements. It is only used for assessment purposes for the Learning and Training Services DPS and the Apprenticeship Training Dynamic Marketplace DPS, whereby you will need to upload 3 insurance certificates to the stage for assessment.
For all other DPS agreements, you can leave this stage incomplete as you will only need to potentially upload evidence for a buyer if they choose to request evidence at point of contract award.
Please ensure you have completed and signed off the DPS questionnaire so it shows as Assessing on your dashboard, If you are unable to see the questionnaire shown above, please ensure the 'Questionnaires' filter is set to 'All questionnaires' and 'Status' is set to 'Any'.
