4. As a digital training provider, please can you advise if our offering is purely online (we do not have any sites or staff on the ground delivering services directly to users) we would be able to provide services under this DPS?
Yes, you will still be able to provide services under this DPS. The option to select your Delivery Method appears in Question 70 of the of the Selection Questionnaire.

3. Cyber Essentials is listed as a pass/fail question. If a supplier has ISO270001 or something similar to cyber essentials will this be permitted?
We will only accept as ISO27001 as a equivalent to Cyber Essentials, however the ISO27001 Certificate must be from a body approved to issue a Cyber Essentials certificate.

2. The opportunity notice suggests a UK wide DPS but Page 11 of the Buyer Needs Document suggests that the location scope is for Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Gibraltar. Can you confirm which is correct please?

Sorry for any confusion caused here, this is a UK wide DPS with buyers able to filter locations through Post Code/ Radius, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Gibraltar.

1. Hello,
We believe this contract is intended to replace some of the elements available under a previous commercial agreement RM 3765 - digital training and support framework.
We are a training organisation so wanted to ask does it replace all training requirements that were in RM3765?

Yes, this contract focuses on the core service elements that we have found are needed by customers in particular the training requirements around Assited Digital Support and Digital Inclusion.
