Hello, I would have to disqualify you from the DPS if you are content with that? That will give you the opportunity to amend. Which response is this as it may not be necessary.

12. Good morning,
We are responding to questions 31-33 in Stage 3 of the DPS application where we must confirm the services we are able to provide. The document titled "Supplier Guidance IT Consultancy DPS" includes a table which lists service descriptions against Onshore, Offshore and Near shore locations. We are able to provide services that are listed against all three of these location categories but all of our Supplier Staff are based in the UK so we will always be providing services on an onshore basis. Does this rule us out of providing services that are listed against the Offshore and Near shore rows in the table? Or is it acceptable for us to tick all services in question 33, including those listed against offshore and near shore in the guidance document?
The services that are describe in the offshore and nearshore rows are the exact same as the onshore rows. Cadent requirements will drive where we want the services to be delivered from and therefore if you can only deliver the requirements onshore then please do not complete the offshore and nearshore selections.

Could you kindly furnish the specified financial threshold for your DPS IT Consultancy & Technical Capability?

7. Hello,
Please can you confirm the following:
1) With respect to the Supplier Questionnaire, please can you confirm that all information submitted within this questionnaire (notably around example contracts) is visible only to Cadent Gas (i.e., the contracting authority) and will not be made publicly available in any way on the Supplier Registration Service?
2) Please can you confirm if there is a minimum level of economic and financial standing and/or financial threshold specified for this procurement? We've not seen anything in the Bid Back suggesting that there is. If there is not, how should we answer question 129?

5. Hello,
In question 16 in the supplier registration questionnaire, " Have you read, understood and agree with the following Cadent key policies listed below?", when we click on the link for safety and wellbeing, it asks us to log into a Cadent account. We don't currently have one. Could you provide a copy or give us access to it please?

4. Hi Cadent,
Can you confirm the CPC codes that you are using as part of this IT DPS?
The standard codes do not really match the services descriptions contained within the bid pack.

Hello,
The CPV code we have used is
72000000 - IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support.
We have used this as a commodity code representing all our requirements and not selected multiple codes.

3. Can you please define the scope of 'relevant' contracts as mentioned in question 150 and 151? Should the list include only contracts directly applicable to work with Cadent (in which case, are we able to select 'no' as this is not applicable)? Also, could you please provide a definition of 'certificates of performance' in question 151?
The scope of relevant contracts are contracts associated with the delivery of IT consultancy and IT capability services.
Cadent may only request certificates of performance after contract award following a tender via this DPS.

I am writing to request clarification regarding two questions in the questionnaire:
Question 132: "Would you be able to obtain a guarantee elsewhere(e.g. from a bank)?"
Could you please clarify the specific type of guarantee being requested in this instance? Is it a performance guarantee, a bank reference, or another type of financial assurance?
Question 129: "Do you meet the minimum level of economic and financial standing and/or minimum financial threshold specified within the evaluation criteria for this procurement?"
If the evaluation criteria for this procurement specifies a minimum level of economic and financial standing and/or minimum financial threshold, could you please provide a copy of the relevant document or a summary of the key requirements?

We are updating the DPS questionnaire to reflect what the minimum level of economic and financial standing is. It is due to be put in the DPS within the next two weeks. The question we are putting in is
"Please provide evidence that demonstrates your organisation's current financial stability. This should be produced by an independent third party (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet report (or equivalent) or credit rating). The report should be obtained from the provider within the timeframe of this questionnaire. If your D&B or equivalent report demonstrates moderate/low-moderate/low risk of business failure, this will qualify you as a pass for this question, Cadent reserve the right to request any further information or clarifications required to alleviate any concerns raised as a result of assessment of a bidder's EFS."

1. Hello,
We note that the Bid Pack is supposed to contain a PDF of the online selection questionnaire. However, this does not appear to be located within the Bid Pack.
Please can you confirm where we can find this?
In the next update we will put the updated question set in the DPS Bid Pack
